I'm Sharannath Mohanram, a seasoned expert in luxury marketing and analytics, currently driving the marketing, sales and business development functions for EveryWatch.com as its Chief Commercial Officer. Previously, I was heading the Marketing Science practice at Gucci, bringing forth over 15 years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing realm. Renowned as a trailblazer in the luxury industry, I have spearheaded transformative projects combining marketing and analytics, contributing significantly to the industry's evolution. Over the past decade, I have meticulously honed my luxury media and communication expertise, playing pivotal roles, including Global Head of Media at Piaget within the Richemont Group. My journey includes a dynamic marketing agency experience with Publicis Group, adding a versatile layer to my career. Beyond my corporate triumphs, I have showcased my entrepreneurial flair with two startup experiences, venturing into web design and digital client experience, consistently redefining the industry's norms as a multifaceted leader.

Whether it is during my early tenure at startups servicing hospitality clients or building solutions for healthcare services up to recent experiences in addressing High-net-worth individual (HNWI) clientele for luxury brands, I always strive to deliver the best products, services or experiences.

Marketing: a quest to unlock the human psychology

Running performance marketing campaigns especially search engine marketing piqued my curiosity in wanting to learn more about the human psychology behind why people buy products and services. Over the years, I've tested many theories and fine-tuned some of them to use marketing effectively as a tool to influence those decisions.

Analytics: an obsession for data, stats and patterns

I love data and numbers! I leverage it to solve complex problems in marketing and communication i.e. from identifying trends, markets and behaviours to operationally delivering business results. Using my analytical mind, I also pursue innovation and improvement of internal processes and transform organisational frameworks.

Entrepreneurship: a passion for building businesses

Creating products, services, experiences, processes, frameworks and teams bring me a lot of joy. I cherish the journey of crafting something out of nothing.


Music: a space to explore and express creativity

As a hobby musician, I create music and compose instrumental soundtracks.

While growing up, I was primarily inspired and influenced by Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park. In addition, the world of gaming soundtracks such as the legendary Halo music and head-banging Command and Conquer Generals music, from then to today continue to motivate me to create and express in my style of instrumental music.
